Learning through experiences is one of the bases of Gestalt psychotherapy. Forma offers to its visitors a space to learn how to live in a more free and conscious way, through therapy based formations . In either group or individually, that is Forma: place of self-knowledge.
Forma is a project that I have developed from a phase of conceptualization to the premise of creating an identity for an inn. This identity is based on the circle as a fundamental element of Gestalt psychotherapy, and the main object representing the nature of the hostel is the collection of books containing the bibliography of therapy.
